SCDMV Express Kiosk Change

The SCDMV Express kiosk at the Publix at Thornblade Village in Greer is relocating to the Publix at Poplar Springs Plaza, 2153 East Main St, Duncan, SC 29334, in Spartanburg County. The new location goes live Tuesday, July 14. Customers can continue to use the kiosks in Columbia and Summerville, or complete transactions online.

Courtney Saxon, Director of Branch Services

Courtney Saxon assumed the role as the Director of Branch Services for the SCDMV in March 2020. Prior to becoming the Director of Branch Services she served as Deputy Director of Branch Services. Courtney has held positions during her 18 years with the agency ranging from assisting customers while working the front counter as a Customer Service Representative, training new SCDMV employees as a Customer Service Trainer, to overseeing 14 Branch Offices as a Regional Manager.

As the Director of Branch Services, she currently oversees the 66 branch office locations throughout the state as well as the SCDMV Mobile Operations. Mobile Operations consist of the Community Area Response Emergency Services (CARES) vehicle and the Self-contained Hazardous Area Response Kits (SHARKs) which operate as mobile branch offices during community outreach as well as during disaster recovery.

Courtney resides in Greenwood County with her family.
